The Missing Piece is an experiential, problem-solving activity that brings out the
best and worst in teams. Participants are challenged to step outside of their
comfort zone, collaborate, listen, and encourage one another to see details and
the big picture simultaneously. The Missing Piece provides an opportunity to
bring small groups together to enhance communication and participate in an
activity that is both fun and challenging. Participants will lead, follow, listen, learn,
and reflect on best practices for their respective work groups.
